Roy F. Jones is the Director of Lodging at the Wildhorse Resort & Casino. Roy has gained most of his experience in the hospitality and gaming industry where he has worked for over 20 years. Roy is a graduate of University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration and California Coast University with a Master's degree in Business Administration. He had the privilege of opening the Ute Mountain Casino, Hotel & Resort as Hotel GM. Roy's specialties are public relations, customer service, yield management, and increasing service levels/profits while keeping expenses down.Specialties: I have experience in a number of different aspects of the gaming and hospitality industry including but not limited to, full financial responsibilities, sales and marketing, front/back of house operations, major renovations, and quality assurance. My specialty is in the growing field of Native American Gaming.
