At XtraMath, we have built a profitable business as the foundation for a mission of universal numeracy. We provide math education tools to millions of students and teachers around the world at no cost, completely subsidized by premium subscription sales. In 2000, I sold my web development business and co-founded the first nonprofit tech startup: SmartChange.org Afterward multiple startups in London and Silicon Valley, I spent 10 years helping launch the world's most successful business-to-business cloud service: Microsoft 365. I got to work with senior leadership in writing the original business case in 2010 and helped grow it to over 155 million paid users during my time there. My efforts included leading the renegotiation of their worldwide partner program, piloting beta software with F100 companies, and developing a marketing campaign around the use of AI for corporate data governance.
