Roy Laurens, public administration and business expert (MSc.). In his long career as partner, director, manager and consultant, he has gained a lot of knowledge and experience in the areas of strategic management, organizational development and human resources management.He fulfilled the aforementioned functions both in Suriname and abroad (the Netherlands, Indonesia and the former Netherlands Antilles). He has guided many crucial processes on organizational change, in both the private and public sector and in different countries.
