Worked with a large VB.NET codebase to implement upgrades to the DC government tax system, in particular annual changes to the backend of the DC corporate tax system implementation. Debugged through the codebase to fix various issues with the DC government tax system software.Consulted with government and company workers to figure out best ways of introducing improvements to the system, and to figure out what improvements were truly necessary.

Worked in Visual Studio Enterprise along with the developers at Higher Logic. In particular, on the backend for the websites which HigherLogic provides as primary products. I was working with ASP. NET and Visual C#, along with HTML / CSS.

Wrote Java code to obtain the approximate solutions to differential equations which were related to quantum properties of graphene. The equations could only be solved algorithmically; and my results obtained through C code confirmed those obtained by professor Anand Sharma, even though I wrote my code independently of his. In order to complete this task, I had to make use of elliptical integrals of the second kind.Double checked a tentative derivation of an additional equation relating to graphene (written by Anand Sharma), found a small algebraic error.
