Directing the operations of the Fitness and Sports programs at 3 CDSB-Edmonton. Support the fitness and sports programs in Southern Alberta (41 CBG) and Mainland BC (39 CBG). Monitor the daily activities to ensure compliance with current policies, directives and operating procedures. Provide orientation, coaching and mentoring of health promotion staff on B/W in accordance with current policies, directives and operating procedures.• Prepare reports including quarterly reports on Health Promotion program delivery activities such as staffing, HP training events, non-HP professional development and training activities, current/emerging service delivery trends. • Review, analyze and monitor annual business/operational plans and quarterly reports of B/W/U Health Promotion delivery staff.• Answer questions from the field staff and provide guidance and assistance with local issues and concerns, while considering the national guidelines and policies.

Research and evaluate the effectiveness of Canadian Forces (CF) physical fitness program. Assess, revise, develop or re-design current, and new physical fitness training program to ensure that CF personnel are attaining and maintaining operational readiness, while liaising with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and providing solutions to problems that are encountered by the client. Monitor and evaluate the level of physical fitness required by CF personnel. Prepare and present physical fitness clinics and presentations to CF personnel and PSP employees. Review and evaluate technical reports and provide recommendations for action.

Planned and coordinated the operations and delivery of physical fitness evaluation and programs for Canadian Forces (CF) Reserves. Provided consultative services to Canadian Forces Recruiting Group (CFRG) on all matters relating to pre-enrolment evaluations. Conducted training for NPF fitness staff on the delivery of physical fitness standards and programs. Coordinated the delivery CSEP programs throughout the CFPFSS and its 32 locations.
