I have been at Beck for 16 years operating & programming a 5 axis CNC router.Manufacturing joinery components used in the joinery workshop.Including.but not limited to plywood & MDF parts from nested sheet material.Solid surface parts.Curved solid timber mouldings.3d surface machined parts.Curved forming jigs used for curved panel manufacturing.3d text engraving on flat & curved surfaces.door manufacturing.Proficient in the use of Alphacam CAD CAM software and able to process solid model & conventional vector files.I can also work to verbal instructions & sketches.The projects that I have worked on include The Dorchester Hotel FOH, The Nomad Hotel Bow St, 1 Mayfair development, The Holocaust exhibition at the Imperial War Museum, The Energy Revolution gallery at the Science Museum
