I am an architectural project manager that has always known I wanted to help people bring their building designs to life. I did not take the typical well-beaten path to become apart of today's architectural community. Starting at the age of thirteen and continuing through my college years, I worked my way through many construction trades, from carrying concrete block and mortar to being second lead on a framing crew. I did this only to gain real world industry knowledge that can not be learned in an academic setting.My practice experience includes 200+ projects in higher education, commercial, high-end residential, hospitality, healthcare, and municipality properties. I have been a team member on numerous projects ranging from $1 million to $125 million in Michigan, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida.I am able to plan and coordinate all project phases from schematic design, preparing budgets, creating construction documents and specifications, reviewing submittals, and leading substantial walkthroughs. All while ensuring the project complies with all local, state, and national codes.
