• Manage medium to large projects with job site leadership.• Day to day deal with unscheduled items e.g., internal questions from sales, incoming presales calls etc.• Providing solutions on technical matters to the estimation team and site engineers • Deal with suppliers and sub-contractors to resolves schedule, risk and quality issues.• Product demonstration to clients.• Commissioning & troubleshooting of Access control and CCTV.• Integration of Lift, Gate Barrier, Fire Alarm, Turnstiles with Access control System • Preparation of servers and client machines• Conducting training programs for the Technicians• Responsible to give the training to end users and client’s security wing.

• Taking induction session for the new entrants in the organization.• Coordinating and Planning for Electronic Projects • Customer Relationship Management.

• Coordinating software testing team• Quality analysis of the codes• Keeping track of coding with Industrials Standards
