Prior to WiiZ, Roy was Managing Director and CAO of EngineF Group of UK the largest and most profitable business unit in Financial Services. In this capacity, Roy led several professionals and achieved a significant expansion of the userbase while growing revenues to over $50 million. Over a four-year period, Roy developed fabulous Fintech software and highly emerging platforms for Fintech world and distribution relationships throughout the industry, won significant market share through data-driven analysis of its market, and ultimately sold the business to a European Market.

Roy is responsible for the architectural practice of EngineF‘s Indian product development centre in the Trivandrum Technopark. He has over 20 years of experience in Software Development Technology Leadership roles where he was responsible for laying the technical foundations with otter members of the team and leadership for several clients.Prior to EngineF, he worked as a technology entrepreneur creating tailor-made technical solutions for UK, US and Middle Eastern customers. He has been responsible for the earlier establishment of our Trivandrum operation leading expansion from a startup to a scaled up technical function.Roy’s leadership style emanates from his inquisitive nature towards exploring new possibilities and frontiers in the technology.
