I led a diverse team of ~10 including Woodside staff and contractors responsible for operationalisation of the NorthWest Shelf Product Allocation Agreement, refreshing business processes, delivering tools (e.g. EnergySys), training personnel and developing manuals, procedures and work instructions. We successfully delivered the initiative with an accelerated timeline allowing the NWS to produce at least two extra LNG cargoes in 2022.

I provided Product Allocation subject matter expertise for the development of the NorthWest Shelf Product Allocation Agreement; and technical inputs for the Gas Processing Agreement, lifting and offtake agreements, to enable third-party gas processing at the Karratha Gas Plant. My ability to simplify and communicate complex subject-matter for commercial and legal advisers enabled succesfful negotiations by NorthWest Shelf Joint Venture.
