• The main responsibilities that I have in Pack Lab include planning, implementation, managing, and financial activities. o The strategic planning that I develop is specific to create an opportunity growth within a limited budget. Setting up monthly goals, four-month period goals, and year goals are the way I divide the strategic planning to achieve the expected growth.o Implementation and managing are followed by monthly meetings with the different departments. This is the protocol to ensure the strategic planning is effective. Therefore, the combination of my roles in planning, implement, and manage comes together to achieve a better wealth for the company. o I Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team. The recommendation goes according to the pursuit of strategic planning and create wealth for the shareholders. o Financial activities are my strengths. In this company, I oversee the financial statements. In fact, my abilities in finance gave me the ability to identify the necessity of a liability restructure. with this restructuring, the family business was able to increase the long-term debt and relieve the short-term debt generating an increase of cash flow; understanding the cash flow of this company is my main role; the idea is to keep the cash flow positive and generate wealth for the shareholders; analyzing ratios and do budgeting tasks are other goals as well.• As a team player, I’m always open to help others. Worked as a coach for coworkers on a diverse range of topics such as in job aspects, doubt, trainings, solving issues, etc.
