ERP (SAP/PEOPLESOFT) Deployment to hotels cross APAC.3.Leverage ERP global solution in different countries .--Define and develop strategies with business partner that enable key business objectives and deliver enhanced capability for both business and IT execution.1.Provide support and guidance to hotel business teams to enable standardization and streamline ERP rollouts.2.Drive the project from initiation to deployment, solution review, support hotel business teams, identify and support any training requirements.3.Improve quality on the delivered solution and take any necessary initiatives to reduce defects on system setup.4.Improve knowledge of the team members on solution and deployment process.--Business Team Alignment 1.Work with the IT team and business to understand business objectives and issues that hinder progress.
