Prepared an IT Strategic Plan for the entire organization. Played instrumental role in migrating 13 OHC sites from one practice management system to another as well as migration of 13 OHC sites from paper charts to a fully integrated EHR system. Assumed role as “super-user” for new software product to collaborate with software vendor in implementing the new product at OHC and training all OHC employees. Participated in recruiting additional clinical providers for company. Provided clinical training for newly hired providers on software and organization’s workflow. Served as clinical lead to prepare OHC for JCAHO review. Functioned as clinical lead to strategize with OHC’s CEO, COO, CFO, and head of HR during MSP merger.
