• Drove collaboration with Italian parent company for technology transfer, global supply chain management, coating solutions for customers, Lean manufacturing implementations, and operational excellence programs.

• Improved capacity utilization by 40% and eliminated the need to purchase $5 million of equipment by using Operating Asset Effectiveness (OAE) techniques and implementing a custom system to capture root causes of.
