Experienced in operations and chartering of suez-max and aframax tankers carrying crude oil cargo and small tankers carrying cpp and chemical cargoes. Key Responsibilities:• Voyage estimation and voyage cost analysis.• Assist in pre fixtures of vessels .Preparation of charter party and Follow up.• Filling up questionnaires and other documents as required by charter party.• Agency appointment, negotiating on agency rates, obtaining and checking PDA and Finalization of FDA.• Monitoring daily position of vessels and preparing daily report of the same.• Bunker management.• Freight and demurrage calculations.• Preparing Freight and Demurrage invoices. • Analysis of all vessels noon report.• Liaising with agents on vessel movements and informing other depts. of vessel schedule.• Monitoring vessel reporting as per charter party/owners requirements.• Record keeping of cargo documents of vessel commercial operation at each port.• Updating all vessels Q88. • Sending weather reports to vessels.• Maintaining records and follow up with charterers/brokers on freight /demurrage payments.• Ensuring timely submission of logs for t/c vessels, checking performance analysis made by charterers and countering the same.

Japan Import Process• Dock check: Consignee and Notify correct address, Commodity, Container and seal number Revenue (As per customer rule).• Submit Arrival Notice to customer.• Sending EDI to Japan Custom.• Assistance to team member.• Co-ordination with Front Office and Origin Team for process related task.• Update data and reports and forward it to senior management.• Preparation of presentation for weekly evaluation of Team performance
