I really enjoyed working at carnival for 7yrs,, I got a chance to visit beautiful places & countries. I worked with Carinval Cruise Lines as a Garde Manger my role it to prepare cold appetisers,salads & soups. Working with carnival made me to learn & experience lot of things at the same time it thought me how to be organised to serve such a huge group of 2500 - 3000 guests.
