I introduced processes to a. identify potential business through the use of a variety of Bid Portals such as MERX, Biddingo, OTP, etc., b. track and report on status of bid responses through various stages of development through to the final decision, and, c. build response database to improve efficiency of proposal generation.

The Kinsmen Club of Ajax is an affiliate of the Kinsmen and Kinette Clubs of Canada which is comprised of over 600 clubs across Canada. Generated new development opportunities to broaden the scope of services provided by the National Proposal Centre to internal and external clients. Implemented a proactive lead generation program that resulted in $3.9M in additional sales revenue in 2008.Strategic Consulting on opportunities, including business planning and sales strategy development which increased the win-loss ratio of RFQ responses and increased the average revenue per win.

Strategic Consulting with Corporate Sales teams in Public Sector, including development of customized business opportunities & sales strategy.

Recruited to manage the Petroleum Industry accounts during the break up of Mobility Canada and to protect the revenue portfolio of major accounts with a run rate of over $2M per month. Successfully protected Imperial Oil, Petro Canada and Sunoco by negotiating and executing Bell Mobility specific 5 year contracts.

Assembled and lead proposal pursuit teams in evaluating, planning and producing RFQ responses for Bell Canada's corporate sales teams. Achieved award of excellence and maintained the highest win-loss ratio within the team.

Consistently met and exceeded revenue over projected plan through solid business planning and exceptional customer service delivery. One of only two people within Bell Canada recognized in the elite "Millionaires Club" for five straight years.
