I’ve always enjoyed solving problems and be challenged by the effort it requires. I had a curious mind intoalmost anything that moves since young, from toys to automobiles, aircrafts and even to spacecrafts and some astronomy. Thus, I picked up a habit of questioning and self-learning.In school, I was more apt in logical subjects like math, physics and geography. I hold a strong sense for logic and reason – everything was about right or wrong, true or false, one or zeroes. When I left school, and started working, I understood the critical importance of communication. This was especially so, when I spent a few years learning how to manage people while running a business together with a few friends. The subsequent years of being in customer service lines also further improved my patience and the capacity to understand the problems and needs from a customer’s point of view. Gradually my perspective widened – there could be multiple sides to everything instead of just two.With these enriching life experiences, I am very comfortable and confident being in any industry where I would face challenges from both machines and people.I strongly and deeply believe that:By providing your best service and patience, even to the most dreadful of customers, they will notice yourservice excellence and show appreciation. Because we’re all humans and have feelings.
