• Established net-new, highly acclaimed team to deliver IT solutions to support evidence-based decision-making and enable program outcomes across a variety of ministries in the Ontario Government.
• Introduced agile software development and DevOps practices and implemented supporting tools such as JIRA, Slack, etc., to optimize client engagement and team collaboration leading to 78% less defects and avoiding.
• Delivered eight projects and transformed businesses from inefficient, manual processes to a paperless, streamlined solution resulting in 70% cost savings and 80% faster implementation time.
• Managed estimates, resources and budgets for concurrent projects totaling approximately $4M to $7M per year.

• Managed an engaged, energetic, and high performing team that provides project management, technical support, reporting and analytics expertise for the Affordable Housing and Homelessness Prevention programs.
