Responsible for Quality and Specifications within Plant Hoogeveen (400 FTE) in which I held a position in the Management Team. Also responsible for technical account managers for nutrition customers such as Royal Friesland Campina, Ausnutria and Mead Johnson.12 direct reports, multinational team. Main focus: Management system upgrade (brc/ISO 9001:2015), Supplier quality management (supplier/customer), restructuring mindset towards zero defect culture, data driven decision process, use of quality toolset (8D analysis, SPC, MSA, Control plan, 5xWHY), CAPA follow-up/verification and change management discipline.

Full time placement at Shell as Management system engineer. - Responsible for optimisation of Corporate Managementsystem (CMS) for Operations and Maintenance to maintain License to Operate thus conformity against legislation, global standards and corporate policy and best practices. From planning to approve and roll-out. Project has been nominated for a Shell Global HSE award. - Responsible for Operations IT Toolset for NAM: simplifying processes for current and new technologies, governance of transformation- and migration projects. Translating business processes to IT solutions, from functional specification to live tools.
