I established the Pharma and Time Critical shipping Division field that wasn’t exist in the company. Building an Operational Division that specializes in providing Temperature-Controlled shipping solutions, including building of a dedicated network of agents worldwide  Commercial responsibility, locating and recruiting new customers and building relationships with business partners Management of the service, operations and quality teams, including training and motivating the staff to meet business goals Construction of a Quality system, in accordance with ISO and GDP procedures, according to the outline of an orderly work plan Global responsibility for planning and inventory management of professional equipment for the field of temperature-controlled shipping Set up and development of a dedicated and profitable business, which provides a solution to complex shipping requirements
