I established the Pharma and Time Critical shipping Division field that wasn’t exist in the company. Building an Operational Division that specializes in providing Temperature-Controlled shipping solutions, including building of a dedicated network of agents worldwide  Commercial responsibility, locating and recruiting new customers and building.

For many years I've been in various positions in the company, mainly in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance.
