Worked on mapping project by WAPDA funded by World Bank & USAID and key responsibilities include;• Planned, designed, implement and managed a computer lab comprising 100+ clients and 3 servers.• Build a team of around 130+ computer professionals in different positions.• Developed standards & procedures for different software development phases like requirement specifications, functional specifications and data modeling etc.• Managed a team of developers to develop a system for drawing generation from the data collected by the field staff using GPS devices.• Played key roll while defining the hardware requirements for the mapping project.
