1) Develop Quality system - Design and Implement strategies for quality assurance and quality control processes, setting a clear quality standards in line with the company goals and customer expectations.2) Inspection - Oversee product and material Inspection standards to ensure they meet predefined standards, which include setting up inspection protocols and criteria for acceptance or rejection.3) Data analysis - Analyzing data from quality nonconformance data to identify trends, problems, or areas for improvement and outline the quality status, improvement made, and issues encountered. 4) QAQC Team - Leading and oversee the quality assurance team, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members to ensure they are competent.5) Supplier Quality Management - working with suppliers to establish quality requirements, include conducting supplier audits to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.6) New product development - Collaborating closely with Product Development, Production and Procurement team to ensure quality considerations are integrated throughout the new product development and manufacturing processes. 7) Lead Auditor - Leading a team of Internal auditors and Supplier auditors. This also involves preparing for and facilitating external audits from certification bodies and customer audits.8) Customer Feedback - Coordinating investigation on product quality issues and nonconformance, and use it to make improvements and address areas of concern to enhance customer satisfaction. 9) Collaborating with other departments - Collaborating closely with all departments to ensure the ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards are always in place and implemented according to the standards and company’s standard requirements.

1) Lead QMS internal audit by plan and perform internal audit activities, to include pre-audit planning, audit execution, audit reporting & evaluation and post-audit follow-up and recommendations including risk based thinking.2) Prepare & amend Quality Manual, Procedures, Flow chart, Work instructions, Forms and other related QMS documents & some EMS documents.3) Assist QA manager to ensuring the process needed for the QEMS are established, implemented and maintained in accordance to ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015.4) Dealing with certification body for annual audit schedule and follow up on the CAPA & the Certificates.5) Prepare product’s sample FAI reports, Control Plan, PPAP (Production Part Approval process), PFMEA, Work instructions, RoHS Declaration and any related documents as per request by clients.6) Responsible to deal with customers regarding Quality issues, Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non conformance issues using 8D Principles. 7) Responsible to liaise with production team and engineering team for internal Quality issue detected during incoming QC, In-process QC and Outgoing QC inspection. 8) Coordinate all corrective actions and preventive measures with production team, Engineering team and project engineer to ensure the effectiveness.9) Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practice and quality control. 10) Ensure the promotion of awareness of quality throughout the organization.11) Ensure that all new staffs are inducted into the requirement of the Quality & Environmental Management System (QEMS) training to new staff or existing staff.
