As the first product hire, I've headed product operations across the board to set up the process aligned with business goals.Main highlights:— Implemented the A/B testing process and tested about 50 hypotheses on increasing CR to complete verification. 10% of experiments ended up with increasing CR from 1.5ppt to 3ppt, which directly impacts the company’s revenue. Another outcome was a knowledge base I was sharing across leadership, sales, and engineering teams which helped me to move Product vision toward a customization approach— Successfully launched the login customization tool, increasing CR to complete verification per certain providers up to 20ppt. Most importantly, the tool simplified new provider integration allowing to change UI through the admin with no need for frontend deployment— Improved scrum-team velocity from 45-50% to 85-90% by setting up an agile routine, providing clear PRDs and user stories, definite sprint goals, and transparent priorities— Effectively handled custom requests with urgency and trade-off considerations, ensuring successful client launches

I worked closely with sales, marketing, and operations so the product I launched was a benefit for both sides of the marketplace— Streamlined user notifications (push, emails, sms) by migrating to internal services, leading to significant cost savings by eliminating 3rd party solution expenses— Enhanced the marketing tool of promo codes by implementing conditions and segmentation, resulting in a more targeted audience reach and preventing fraud scenarios. This allowed for more careful investment of marketing budgets— Implemented a new web platform for ordering food, resulting in improved product and call center metrics
