I always deliver and I never hand-in anything I cannot vouch for. What motivates me is to work with exciting projects using my superpowers to create great results that have a meaningful impact. The following are all part of my core skills and have been a driving force in my success in the IT industry, the education sector as well as in my voluntary work: 1. Natural born coordinator: I always had a natural ability to plan, coordinate and implement. I can work with individual details while understanding their interconnectedness never loosing focus on the overview and end-goal. 2. Problem solver a.k.a “fire extinguisher”: amongst colleagues I am known as the fire extinguisher due to my ability to form challenges into opportunities. Whether it is a long term project or a last minute issue, my focus is always on creating high quality solutions to all parties involved. It is one of my biggest motivators. 3. Always room for improvements: I am very focused on improvements. A big part of how I work is to make processes smoother and more efficient as it saves time and it gives room for quality control and strategic developments. 4. Strong intercultural skills: having an international background myself I thrive in international environments and I often act as a mediator. Together with my educational background and work experience I have learned to navigate in the uncharted globalized world.
