Responsible for handling all communication by e-mail, chat and telephone and helping (online) visitors with finding information in the archive. Educated visitors about the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act and the usage of complex archives.

Gathering and researching historical files provided by historical institutions of the Netherlands Ministry of Defence which can help to provide a better insight to acts of excessive violence carried out by the Dutch army during the Indonesian National Revolution. The evidence provided by this project is used in court for the settlement of claims made against the Kingdom of the Netherlands by descendants of Indonesian victims.

Researching and writing about the development of the Royal Netherlands Army during the Cold War era for the book Chronicle of the Royal Netherlands Army.

Providing administrative support to different research projects. Tasks included production and distribution of collateral, file management, data collection, log and route correspondence, attach necessary background information and maintain follow-up system for action and deadlines.

Organizing the international conference: Case Studies of the Cold War: A Course for Teachers in Europe. I was responsible for booking venues, transport, catering, translations of the programme from Dutch into English and the guidance of the speakers and guests.

Head Genocide Convention Team. Responsible for creating a new initiative for an effective response-system to prevent genocide. Organizing international conferences.

Supervising the employees, ordering the products, making sure the costumers were met with excellent service and overseeing the activities of the coffee shop in general .

Main activities and responsibilities Radio editor for the national radionewsbroadcasting. Investigate, gathering and reporting on current foreign affairs. Producing newsitems for the national radio. Generating ideas for stories/features and following leads from news agencies, press conferences and other sources. Identifying potential interviewees for the radio, briefing them and preparing interview questions.

I did an in depth study of the Work of the European Institutions (Council, Commission and Parliament) and the work of the Netheïlands Permanent Representation to the EU.For that purpose I was present in the staff meetings of the PR-EU, as well as in some meetings of the Council Working Party for Health and the Committee of Permanent Representatives (COREPER 1). I also studied the relevant literature. Besides that I participated constructively in the day tot day work at the Permanent Representation. ln addition I designed a PowerPoint Presentation (English) on the EU and its institutions and wrote also a report on my intership. A particular project was the preparation and organisation of a study visit of 60 students with teachers from the University of Maastricht to the PR-EU.
