Responsibilities include: client and facility / hotel liaison, contract negotiations, budget management, coordination of exhibition, audio-visual, simultaneous interpretation, food and beverage, space assignment, room set-up, electrical, internet, banquet event orders, security, staffing, signage requirements, plan and conduct the pre-conference meeting with suppliers.

Designed and implemented innovative product unveilings and special events, including the presentation of a new signage program for the Federal Bridge Corporation Limited; and the launching of a series of stamps for Canada Post celebrated concurrently at five different sites in Ontario and Quebec. Managed a unique public awareness campaign for Canada Post in four sites involving a corporate hot air balloon, a product unveiling and a contest for local youth.Liaised with clients, facilities, suppliers, Ministers, political and departmental staff, keynote speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and other event dignitaries.

Organized / managed media itinerary for the Prime Minister’s domestic and international travel, including high profile events such as the Team Canada trade mission to Latin America, the APEC conference in Vancouver and the Canada-China Business Dinner in Toronto.

Responsible for Atlantic Canada issues as they related to the Minister's portfolios, Transport Canada, Human Resources Development Canada and National Defence / Veterans Affairs. Highlights included the signing of the Open Skies Agreement between Canada and the US.
