ROZANNE M. ANDERSEN earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1983 and her B.S. from the University of Minnesota. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota and in the federal courts of Minnesota. She is widely recognized for her advocacy work on behalf of the collection, debt purchasing and financial services industries but equally acclaimed for her expertise in association law, corporate governance and general counsel services. She is also a Certified Association Executive, a certification offered to qualified individuals by the American Society Association of Executives.Most recently, in the fall of 2014 Andersen was placed on the short list for two international compliance awards from the Women In Compliance organization: Chief Compliance Officer of the Year and the Lifetime Achievement Award for Services to the Compliance Industry. She is one of eight on the shortlist of 250+ nominees for the first and one of four on the shortlist of 250+ for the latter.
