Provide prevention, education and intervention programs relating to personal safety, sexual abuse, and the overall well-being of the child.

Handled operations, financial management, and grant writing/reporting and compliance for this established nonprofit serving the homebound elderly and people with disabilities. Managed infrastructure initiatives; and provided project support to the Executive Director.

Provide grass-roots marketing support to expand awareness and increase participation in Opportunity Reconnect, a re-entry program sponsored by Rutgers University's Walter Rand School of Public Affairs. Developed grant applications and MOUs to expand the scope of services offered to help ex-offenders successfully reintegrate, reduce recidivism and promote public safety.

Directed multi-faceted corporate marketing and sales support activity for the firm's 12 regional offices including total corporate re-brand to support service-line expansion, market repositioning, and launch of new Practice areas. Developed competitive analysis, research, and strategies to establish market share and generate organic growth. Managed $4.3M marketing budget.

Develop and execute the business development plan to successfully launch the college’s accelerated-degree program for working adults. Conducted outreach to corporate, healthcare, military, community, and affinity organizations to recruit/enroll working adults into degree-completion programs.
