• Negotiating and setting delivery conditions with regional and global suppliers,• Make supplier issue documents (invoices etc) according to Polish tax law and request for specifying packing and packaging sizes for the goods,• Seeking new alternative suppliers,• Supplier developing, evaluation and selection,• Review, analysis existing business, make business transfers between supplier in line with corporate strategy where applicable,• Maintaining and updating data in BaaN system,• Responsible for secure maintaining of vendors, prices, terms and conditions in BaaN. On regular bases review and update parameters used for material planning (lead times, packaging),• Coordination of activities concerning Approved Vendor List in the perspective of new products and transfers,• New project implementation.

• Planning of procurement – minimizing stock levels while keeping Production Plan fulfilment at maximum level,• Analysis of feasibility of customer forecast/order from material point of view,• Delivery’s follow up, until receipt in the warehouse,• Analysis of stock profile and possibilities of Inventory Turn Over improvements in own area,• Ordering material according to production needs; ensuring production continuity,• Regular contacts with suppliers and follow up of open Purchase Orders,• Maintaining data in BaaN.
