Roz Goldfarb established Roz Goldfarb Associates, Inc. in 1985, and founded her firm on the concepts of "civilized headhunting" and career management. Roz has focused her recruitment practice in Graphic Design, Branding and Corporate Identity for positions in Creative, Management, Account Services and Marketing and Business Development. She has cultivated.

Invited by the Dean to create, structure and supervise their Professional Placement Office into a fee for hire recruitment practice. Responsible for sourcing a Director of the Professional Placement Office [ who reported to me ] and established fee structures. Developed programs focused on re-connecting Parsons with their alumni through seminars and alumni.

Established a partnership and independent division of Jerry Fields Inc., a top tier Advertising search firm, to specialize in Graphic Design recruitment.

Responsible for writing New York State certified curricula for Associate Degree Programs in Graphic Design, Advertising and Illustration; hiring and supervising faculty and the administration of the school. Responsibilities included the recruitment of students, reviewing educational criteria, validating students for graduation in conjunction with Pratt.
