1️⃣ How not to create a useless project? — Don't do it at all.

— Yes, I do indeed often discourage clients from creating a project at all.
— No, I don't bury the idea without trying it, I share experiences of projects that failed and that succeeded. I try to share all my experience, so that combining my knowledge with the knowledge of my clients, we make the first step, make a decision whether to go deep into details, analysis, and calculations.

2️⃣ How to plan, calculate, make a list of tasks, to create a quality and most well-thought project? — That's impossible.

Of course we plan, study and analyze. But as experience shows (mine and that of many other people), often the launched projects and ideas find inexplicable, unexpected application that tremendously differs from thу initial idea. So I only plan what I can do and start using as soon as possible, without excessive effort.

3️⃣ How not to spend a lot of money on development? — That's impossible.

The project will require an investment, and actually it will require at least twice as much as expected. That's why my goal is to implement shortly, create some part of the project, develop it and make it profitable. Instead of taking money for many weeks of analytics, discussing a project plan for the year ahead. After all, you can't know what will happen in a year, and you need the project today :D
4️⃣ How is the project handed over / accepted? — In no way.

I do not hand the projects over :D I continue managing them. I'm going to develop them always, support them, monitor them. After all, developing projects means gain experience for the benefit of myself and my team — compared to mass-producing projects, acquiring some some, far from ideal, programming skills.
