My role in this dynamic young IT start-up was very diverse: I organised business trips for employees, coordinated the company’s hardware export and its compartments’ import, took part in marketing activities, had administration tasks and organised internal company events on a regular basis. I learned to work under tight deadlines and communicate excellently with all departments.

• Setting up a marketing strategy, coordinating media and advertisements’ placement, creating marketing materials, coordinating website content, newsletters, and partially social media; • Coordinating work with key Tour Operators in the CIS area, educating partners through study tours and online presentations; • Representing the company at travel fairs, • Delivering presentations, workshops and online business meetings;• Cooperating with the Hungarian Tourism Agency;• Coordinating internal PR events within the company.

Media relations, negotiations with authorities, building the corporate image and culture of the NGO.
