Her professional journey commenced in 2010. Since 2013 she has been a cultural journalist at the state news agency Armenpress. Over the years, she has continued to excel in her role, consistently crafting special projects to this day.In 2014, Roza transitioned into the realm of public relations, actively engaging in various roles within leading cultural organizations in Armenia. Notably, she serves as a PR manager for multiple groups and individual artists, overseeing the publicity efforts for prestigious entities such as the Golden Apricot International Yerevan Film Festival, the National Center of Chamber Music, the State Philharmonia of Armenia, Antares Media Holding and others.Since 2019, Roza has taken charge of organizing diverse events, ranging from concerts and festivals to conferences. As the project manager for the International Advertising Festival “Popok”, she has demonstrated her adept event coordination skills. Additionally, in her capacity as a public relations consultant, she collaborates with prominent organizations including Freedom Broker Armenia, Web3 Armenia Foundation, Blockstars, BANA Angels, Formula VC and more.Roza holds the key role of coordinator at the Advertising Council of Armenia. She is also head of the project of the Academy of Creative Writing, established by Yerevan Municipality. In 2016, her innovative project "Noramut" at the state news agency “Armenpress” earned her the prestigious “Haykyan” award. Recognizing her outstanding PR efforts, the Public Relations Association of Armenia honored the Golden Apricot International Film Festival with the "Cultural PR of the Year" award in 2019.
