As Executive Assistant, my responsibilities center around assisting the CEO with financial tasks such as payroll and client-facing communication. I also support the current Admin Director by providing guidance for team management, strategies for insurance-related problem solving, and other company-related admin tasks.

As Administrative Director, my role was divided between supporting the CEO and building, training, and supervising the admin team. The admin team's responsibilities spanned all aspects of the company, including client-facing support and onboarding, employee data management and onboarding, billing, organizing company events, maintaining accurate records and up-to-date insurance information, and internal project management.

I provided virtual speech therapy services to elementary and middle school students in California, as well as scheduled and held IEP meetings, conducted evaluations, and collaborated with school staff and parents.
