• Ensure timely preparation and submission of full set of monthly accounts, quarterly accounts, financial reports and yearly budget.• Preparation of company account, companies' tax compliance process, annual tax filing, and annual audit reporting including prepare audit schedules and other reports.• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and bankers.• Ensure accounting records (AP&AR) are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards and local statutory requirements.• Process payments for expenses in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms.• Ensuring that the payment to creditors is within the credit period. Attend to all outstanding payment and billing, Include supplier statement reconciliation• Handle in Admin & HR task ie Payroll and to assist in staff claims processing and administration• To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management.
