I support purpose-led organisations to optimise their use of digital infrastructure and data analysis so that it aligns with their strategic goals and operational requirements.This helps them to improve their design, implementation and evaluation of strategic programmes of work that deliver positive social change.I have worked across multiple sectors including civil society, education, media, public sector, health tech, business and social enterprise, and so have a wide range of experience to draw upon.I’m particularly interested in systems change, collective impact approaches, participatory decision making, co-production and the role of digital and data in transformation projects.Making change happen …If you are developing a new initiative, product or service here are some areas where I can provide support:• Strategy development and establishing decision making frameworks to facilitate critical strategic decisions.• Translating organisational strategy into clear operational requirements, processes and governance structures for successful implementation and ongoing sustainability of the new offering. • Establishing project scope, using available research and data to inform the project vision and ensuring project aims align with the organisation's strategic aims.• Working with all the initiative’s key stakeholders and user groups to ensure that what matters to them is clearly articulated and designed into the new offer. • Taking a service design approach, looking broadly at the social context within which the programme of work sits and the intersection of digital elements with offline elements.• Defining project outcomes and designing how to monitor and evaluate the success of the project. • Data collection, analysis and reporting.• Overseeing programme portfolio and project management activities, keeping projects focused on the desired outcomes whilst maintaining attention to detail on project delivery.• Providing change management expertise to guide the adoption of new processes needed to support the initiative.
