I am the managing partner at Studio Legale Paolini, a law firm located in Modena (Italy) that provides legal assistance primarily to corporate clients.My main responsibilities include: drafting legal pleadings and opinions in domestic civil and commercial cases; participating in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements (e.g. a wide variety of commercial agreements relevant to the ceramics industry, agency agreements, distributorship agreements, contracts for the sale of goods and services, corporate stock option contracts, etc.) both in Italian and in English; assisting clients in transactions with insolvent companies and in complex restructuring deals; guiding clients in credit recovery procedures.

My main responsibilities include: to draft, review and update Italian and international contracts (e.g. agency agreements, selective distribution agreements, supply agreements, rental agreements, NDA, etc.); assistance to the whole Smeg Group in the implementation of compliance programs pursuant to GDPR; out-of-court assistance in any relevant legal matter.

My main tasks with this firm were to assist clients (especially banks and companies) in relation to civil and commercial law matters, both out-of-court and in front of Italian civil courts; to provide support during the drafting and execution of national and international commercial agreements; to perform legal research and draft memoranda.
