I am self employed in the business of educating workers. My current business focus is educating health and safety worker reps as per the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 and preparing them for the Health and Safety at Work Act 2105.The workshops I deliver are designed to make workers from all spheres comfortable to work together and develop their skills for implementing positive change.The learners will go away from the workshops with a clear idea how to gather workers' health and safety ideas and issues, present them to the management and work with management to develop controls and other solutions for the workplace health and safety issues.I also offer education and support for managers and committees involved in workplace safety.
