The experience and education I have worked hard to build over a span of twenty-five plus years have culminated in a combination of skills and talents that allow me to excel at what I love. I feel grateful and privileged to pursue my passion. Working for other companies from startups, to family-owned businesses, to large corporations as a full-time employee, contractor, and freelancer was a blast! I've learned a great deal about leading, managing, and mentoring software development teams. From deep down in the lines of code to the business acumen necessary to manage projects, budgets, and deadlines. Software development projects are notoriously difficult to pull off but I am able to deal with the pitfalls and employ the best practices to make them successful.
