As an Inside Sales Representative, I made cold calls to those who've previously attended Binghamton Senators games. I spoke about ticket deals and special promotions that we ran for certain weeks. Getting fans out to games and giving them a positive experience is crucial and was the main part of my job. I actively communicated with those who were interested in purchasing and I ultimately finalized sales. On game days, I sat at our Fan Zone or our ticket table to answer questions about season tickets, regular tickets, or special events. I also sold programs and conduct surveys on occassion. I did group visits to those groups who've bought tickets, and I gave the group leader a bag to say thank you for coming out. I communicated with fans regularly and made sure that they were satisfied with their experience here with the Binghamton Senators!

As a Sport Medicine Assistant, I do everything from restocking medical equipment to helping with athlete and trainer needs. I prepare the water jugs,bottles, and ice bags for all sports teams' games and practices, and attend games to assist with game-day needs. I file paperwork and take care of athlete information.

Meeting and greeting new York College freshmen! I work with 20-30 students as they prepare for their college experience and help them adjust in their first week to the culture and environment on the YCP campus.
