Robert is engaged in a wide range of research projects, though his current focus includes:Urban regeneration and industrial rejuvenation research in support of the development of the ‘Stretton Centre’, an Innovation HUB (collaborative building project between WISeR and the City of Playford) that brings together community learning, collaborative research, the university and its resources and expertise, industry, business, policy makers and the government.Researching and promoting High Performance Work Systems (HPWs) in both the Advanced Manufacturing and service sectors.
