I am a real estate lawyer. I assist Italian and international investors, asset managers, funds and corporations with their acquisitions and dismissals, structuring their projects, also in the context of complex cross-border transactions (including the setting-up of joint-ventures or the acquisition of corporate vehicles), and managing their assets and portfolios. I passionately work with a wide range of landlords and tenants, in any sector of the property market, and I help them when negotiating their lease agreements, and solve any kind of issues, currently most of them related to the Covid-19 pandemic. Having spent two years in the legal department of a large company, I am familiar with the needs and priorities of corporate clients: I am a lawyer speaking clients’ language.
