I transform how enterprise organizations build and deliver products their customers love. Currently, as the Leader of Technology Workplace Products at Marriott International, I'm driving product transformation across one of the world's largest hospitality companies. At my core, I'm a product leader who believes in teaching teams to fish rather than fishing for them - which is why I've built multiple product universities and transformation programs. Most recently, I developed and launched Marriott's first Product University, training product managers across the organization in modern product practices while respecting enterprise constraints.Prior to Marriott, at xyndata s.r.o., I revolutionized how enterprises approach MLOps by treating it as a product rather than a project - leading to the successful launch of "MLOps as a Service." At 1E, I drove product transformation that resulted in 38% ARR growth by reimagining how enterprise IT teams deliver digital employee experiences. My journey spans pharmaceutical giants like Novartis to nimble startups, where I've consistently proven that enterprise product management isn't about making things faster - it's about making faster things. I've led transformations that shifted organizations from project-based delivery to product-led growth, building and leading product teams of 150+ people across multiple continents. What sets me apart is my deep understanding of both the technical and human sides of product transformation. With a Master's in Applied Analytics from Columbia University, I combine data-driven decision making with practical experience in enterprise tech stacks (Azure, AWS, ML platforms) to help organizations build products that solve real problems. My passion lies in helping enterprise product teams navigate the unique challenges they face - from complex stakeholder environments to legacy system constraints - while still delivering innovative solutions their customers love. I believe in the power of continuous discovery, empowered product teams, and the art of building products in environments where "move fast and break things" isn't an option.I currently focus on teaching product leaders how to transform their organizations, build high-performing product teams, and create the kind of product culture that attracts and retains top talent. Through my work at Marriott, I'm demonstrating how enterprise organizations can embrace modern product practices while maintaining the reliability and security their business demands.
