Morrison Water Services (MWS) provides infrastructure services covering design and maintenance of assets to the UK Water sector through multi-year framework agreements. In the year ended Mar 2023, it recorded revenues of £405m and recorded an operating loss of £11m. During this period, I led the Finance function for ID Systems, a group of fast-growing Scottish subsidiaries acquired in Oct 2020 to facilitate delivery of MWS’ DV2 Lot 4 contract with Scottish Water.

Caledonia Water Alliance (CWA) is a joint venture formed by MWS and AECOM Limited to support delivery of the Clean Water and Waste Water Infrastructure elements of Scottish Water’s SR21 capital investment programme. The small team that I led had a strong commercial focus, providing both JV partners with commercially-focused financial guidance for the £80m/year operation.

In the year to March 2019, the FSH Group recorded revenues of £2.1bn and a pre-tax profit of £7.1m.
