Received commendations for using a database to prepare standard organizational charts, and develop standard bid proposals and thereby maintain wording as standard and "Brand Recognition" parallel and uniform across contracts.Client Shell, Martinez - Strategic part of the Brinderson Team which successfully presented my skills with SAP and other PM systems and facilitated Shell taking over their Coke Handling maintenance programing and input and monitor in their system of record, SAP. This was done in support of Shell's Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance and Brinderson taking over as primary contractor.OXY CRC/ Tidelands/THUMS "California Resource Corp. - MAXIMO - 2 year Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) assets and PM program Long Beach, CA. Major accomplishment was establishing a condition monitoring PM program where none had been in place. Vibration collection and reporting, thermography, and oil collection and analysis. Received commendation for getting outside contractors approved one year in advance of a "need" which warranted the set up of a continuous (monthly or quarterly data collection) program.Also moved Pressure Relief Device PM program from "Excel" workbooks (600+) to the MAXIMO asset registry. Custom MAXIMO specification used and established for OXY worldwide by myself. "No one else is doing that now, you may create the fields and spec for OXY World Wide (we are focused on compressors right now) ".Conoco Phillips (PTS)- Project Engineer, Flare Gas Recovery Project 2008 overseen and prepare MOC, PSSR documents and co-ordinate many phases of a large refinery project. Including installation of: vessels, liquid ring compressors, electrical distribution, piping and hot-tap welding modifications. Multiple P and ID diagrams modified and personally approved/signed over 300 final project P&IDs.Received a commendation for discovering and including the correct people to deal with a large ice buildup within the refinery flare system during a multi-day large flaring event. Sought out a Thermography camera which proved my suspicions and a safe plan conclusion to a potential event.Other duties: 2009-2011 contracted from PTS to Brinderson (see above Brinderson section).
