I am a recent PhD graduate from Pennsylvania State University, pursuing a career in physical modeling and industrial research. I have 4 years of industrial experience in product development using physical modeling using Abaqus. I have research experience in developing physical models of fluid-structure interaction in biological systems using COMSOL Multiphysics, and in analyzing image and sensor data using MATLAB. I am also familiar with the use of Arduino Uno and Raspberry pi for data collection and device control. I am a dedicated worker and a fast learner and I have trained and mentored several coworkers and graduate students. I thoroughly enjoy exchanging ideas with people from different technical backgrounds and my publications and conference presentations have received excellent reviews. I also believe in serving the society in times of crisis. I have worked for several flood and cyclone relief programs in India and have been a volunteer for American Red Cross during the covid-19 pandemic.
