My goal is to help guide my customers on their journey to digital transformation by defining current state, identifying that future state and providing a roadmap on how to get there and what obstacles and pitfalls they need to avoid. I enjoy helping my customers achieve their business outcomes faster and with less risk by leveraging my team of expert specialists and field engineers. My experts have consulted, installed, configured and implemented Dell solutions for many different customers in different verticals and have confronted and overcome most issues and obstacles bringing their expertise to bear.Throughout my 20 plus year career, I have had the opportunity to work with large enterprise customers in Retail, Healthcare, Transportation and Manufacturing verticals addressing their unique requirements. My strength lies in finding creative ways to help my customers achieve their objectives, whether it's a full turnkey white-glove solution or a scaled back "teach them to fish" approach or somewhere in-between, I enjoy finding that "win-win" solution. I graduated with a business degree from the University of South Florida where I was able to nurture my love of music and playing the guitar. Outside of work, I enjoy managing and playing in my band and sharing my music with anyone that will listen. Also, I have made a hobby out of being outside: cycling 100 miles a week and spending a whole Sunday Wake surfing on the lake. To sum it up, I'm a high energy individual who loves to focus on customer outcomes, guitar riffs and riding waves.
