Mechanical processes coordinator for waterway terminals projects, led a team of mechanical designers developing documents and working as PMO to deliveries within the SLA, based on the level of demand, degree of complexity and dependence of previous or additional steps. Fully integrated with other project areas, optimized the port layout and set basic parameters for the operation of each step of the process to achieve the contracted productivity and volume, also preparing an alternative operation system to ensure an uninterrupted production. I was part of the Facilities Engineering team for mining equipment. Responsible for developing changes to the construction of parts of the equipment aiming to streamline the production and reduce weight, thus allowing the framework and support columns to be slimmed down, without affecting its operation and fulfilling all requirements for each project.All parts and mounting designs were integrated to automations and with basic parameters the final assembly was generated with standardized components.Reviewed the designs and documents prepared by the designers team, carrying out the role of PMO to comply with deadlines established by the planning for the manufacturing, assembly and installation of the equipments on site according to the SLA with the client.

Started at the company in the Bank's Dunning Department of the Real Estate Sector. I did the reclaimed estate analysis, which covered the project for property portfolio sales; market value analysis; reclaim viability analysis; reclaimed estate stock study and its accounting impact; regularization viability; and making it available for sale.Subsequently I was called to be a part of the Dunning Strategic Planning, due to my basic knowledge in programming and analytical personality. There, I started the development of overdue home loan portfolio statistical analysis program, late payment prevention process, default control indicators and methods and collection operational processes automation.

I was a part of the automatic packing machines part project designers team. All the development was made in 3D modelling (PTC Pro/Engineer). I was also responsible for the automatic packing line layout.

I joined the company to support the steel beams hot rolling production. Studied the process, perform the treatment of failures and audit work rules.Eventually I was redeployed at the Mechanical Project and Equipment Part Design Sector to develop rolling cage tools because of my CAD software knowledge and product development ability. Protective gear and safety projects, risk maps, factory layout and rolling drums machining tools calibration.

Did market surveys; new projects viability studies and readjustment negotiations, focused on cost reduction; diesel tanks, fairings, couplings and tubings analysis and design support; diesel and electric motor, transformers, bearings and compressor elements (screw, piston, centrifugal) selection and quotation.This experience allowed me to be in contact with suppliers from Brazil and abroad (Argentina, EUA, Canada, China) and to visit manufacturing centers.
