Rick has a track record of developing market leading strategies executed for superior performance utilizing his strategy, risk management, consulting and board experiences. His global responsibilities and assignments in five countries serve as the foundation for his global knowledge and mindset. Rick was a senior partner and global leader of Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte"), an organization that, through its subsidiaries and as part of a network of member firms, provides audit, consulting, tax, and advisory services to clients throughout the world. During his 30-year career with Deloitte, Rick has held many leadership roles, some concurrent with his most recent positions being Global Financial Services Corporate Development Leader, Risk Advisory Leader and Board Member. He has also served as the Deloitte Australia Financial Services Leader. And he has served as Lead Client Service Partner for seven globally strategic banks where he has successfully served as CEO adviser.As the Deloitte Global Financial Services Risk Advisory Leader, he designed and implemented a comprehensive operating and service delivery platform. He was the founder of the Global Centre for Regulatory Strategy and the Future of Risk capabilities, tools and methodologies. Additional finance, risk and board experiences include his GE Capital experience serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Monogram Bank of Georgia and Monogram Bank of Georgia board member and Chair of the Risk Committee. He was also a General Electric High Potential Executive Program and GE Capital Pinnacle Award recipient.He continues to serve on boards and advisory councils.
